REPORT OF COMMITTEE ON PREPARATION FOR 1936
EVERI PERSON CANVAS.
Your Committee appointed at the last Official Board meeting beg to recommend as follows:-
(1) That two Sundays before the Anniversary Sunday, the Minister announce, at both services, the Every Person Canvas, explain its object and state that pledge cards will be distributed for signature at both Church services on the following Sunday.
(2) That one Sunday before Anniversary sunday, pledge cards be distributed and collected at both Church services in a manner similar to last year.
(3) That a Committee consisting of the Chairman of the I.&.M. Cbmmittee and the Financial Secretary of the Board of Stewards, with power to add to their number, shall check off the signed pledge cards received at the Church services above mentioned and thereafter prepare lists for the various canvassers, which will be distributed at a supper meeting to be held on the Friday evening before Annivermarr Sunday.
(h) That the Every Person Canvas be begun on the Monday following Anniversary Sunday.
(5) That, with the exception of a small list of names to be called on by a special committee, the lists of names be arranged in the 11; Church districts and that the following be captains of these districts for this canvas:-

(6) That our Pastors, the Financial Secretary of the Board of stewards and the Chairman of the I.&.H.Committee, be a special committee to prepare a list of newcomers to the Church which will be used for the purposes of this canvas.
