Bell, at the home of Robert Bruce, Charles Haldane Ching, born October 22 1907, Red Point Prince Edward Island, (son of William A. Ching and Laura Ching) resided in Red Point PEI, occupation: Farmer, died April 26, 1976, interred at Kingsboro Prince Edward Island, in the East Point Baptist Church Cemetery. Bessie attended school in Kingsboro up to the age of 12, then went to live with and work with her Aunt Gertie and Uncle Lester. Among the many chores were milking cows and making butter. Later she worked at her Uncie Ray's farm where she worked at the haymaking, stooking grain, picking potatoes as well as many other chores typical to a farm. Her marriage to Charles saw her work side by side with him developing the farm. Bessie still lives in her own home and is very active. She is renowned as being one of the best cooks in the area. She bow's year round, is active in senior citizen's activities, the Women's Institute and the Church Missionary Society. She tends her own lawn - cutting the grass with a small tractor - and her flower garden. In the
