President's Report Fall is speeding by, the weather is cooler and we are hoping old man winter will stay away a little while yet.
The Fall Workshops and Cooking School were most successful, and we are now busy working on Festive Country Christmas, which again will be an exciting evening with Alan Preston!
Thank you for your involvement in the Purple Ribbon Campaign; it is a reminder to all of the importance of preventing violence and abuse to women everywhere.

This year's Festive Country Christmas will be held at the Farm Centre (420 University Avenue) in Charlottetown on Tuesday, November 79th, starting at 7:00 p.m.
Alan Preston of Hearts and Flowers will be demonstrating how to make various Christmas arrangements!
The cost is $15.00 per person, and must be paid at time of registration by buying tickets online at Eventbrite (sparch: Festive Country Christmas on Eventbrite), or at the WI office by cash or cheque before the deadline.

“PEIWI is once again hosting the ever-growing annual Cooking Contest aimed at intermediate and high school students, and is sponsored by the Department of Agriculture and Land.
Highlights include entering in any or ail of the four categories: Appetizer, Soup, Main Dish, and Sweets.
Recipes must feature Island products. Final judging will take place during Founder's Month in February 2020.
