Butterscotch Pie

Ingredients:

~ 2 cups of whole milk 2 egg yolks 1 cup of packed brown sugar 4-5 tbsp. flour 2 tbsp. butter 2 tsp. of vanilla Shake of salt

Instructions:

Mix dry ingredients, and then add remaining ingredients. Wisk together and cook in microwave on high for six minutes. Cool and add to pie crust.

When pie is cooled, put on meringue; consisting of 2 egg whites, 4 cup white sugar, beat with beaters and then brown lightly in oven. Enjoy!
