HOWATT, Waldron built his home in 1974 on property that was
originally owned by Franklin Lane and later owned by Duncan l
MacPhail and his son Mack. Mack sold the property to Dan Dart. ( L.D. MacLeod and Sons became the next owners who sold the
property to Melville Bell. In 1964, Waldron purchased this
parcel of land consisting of thirty—five acres, with shore
frontage, from Melville Bell. ‘é
The western portion was divided into lots and now comprises a
cottage development.
