He also repaired and cleaned clocks and watches and while he rested, which was often, played Scottish reels and strathspeys on the accordian. Hie great love was a huge box camera complete with tripod which he lugged around the country taking pictures of family, school and church groups. These he developed with great skill at home and there are many old pictures treasured today which are a testimony, to this man, who was at least fifty years
