He worked as a stockman for Howard Callbeck who operated a farm and owned a recognized herd of holstein cattle. Margaret grew up in North Tryon . She and her mother were beautiful knitters and seamstresses and for many years taught anyone in the community who wished to improve their knitting and sewing skills. When Otto and Margaret married, Howard and Nettie moved to Tryon . Otto and Margaret lived on the home farm until 1958 when they sold the property to Vernon Inman and moved to Charlottetown . Both Otto and Margaret were members of the Tryon United Baptist Church where Otto was a Deacon and choir member. Margaret was a member of the North Tryon Women's Institute. Otto was employed with Holman's in Charlottetown in the building supplies' department and Margaret worked for the same company in ladies' wear. Following Otto's death, Margaret sold their house and moved to the Millstream Senior Citizen's Residence in Crapaud . Otto Johnson and Margaret Callbeck had 4 children: 164
