4. congregation through such programs as the Volunteer Ministry Program, Focus-On- The-Family, Compact and the Mission Statement. The congregation, keeping with tradition, continue to keep alive the fellowship through concerts and those famed one or two act plays. The UCW has been a very visible group in our church. Over the past 25 years, there have been 13 presidents of the UCW and this group continues to take on great responsibilities and a large share of the planning, the social, the financial, and the spiritual leadership in the church. Each of us has had a great part in the history of St. Andrew's United as we continue to build on the rich past. We owe special thanks to Ruth Howlett , Joyce Drake , and Muriel Mutch for their continuous arrangement of flowers to beautify the sanctuary. We also owe our thanks to Bill Howlett for his service in our tape ministry to shut-ins and to our typists, janitors and landscapers for their support. To the Memorial Committee of St. Andrew's United, through the generous donations in memory of loved ones, which has contributed so much to the overall stewardship of our church. Since our dedication on March 30, 1969 we have had the spiritual leadership of the following ministers: Rev. Hugh MacLean ,(Rey. Frank MacLean ) Rev. John G . Ball (1970), Rev.
