James K. Smith James, born 1909, bought the Warren property in 1945. He I as the son of Theodore Smith , 1863-1926, and Priscilla ( Man- ■erson) Smith, 1870-1963, Margate . James married Inez Campbell , ■orn 1915, O'Leary and they lived for a short time in that area. 1 hen they moved to Clinton, they were accompanied by Inez's ■ arents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Campbell , who died in Clinton. James served in the Air Force and spent several years in I 'obisher Bay. They have two sons: Charles, born 1944. and Eric, ■ orn 1947, both bankers. James operated the saw and grist mill until the summer of ■ 970, when he moved to Kensington . Mrs. R. T. Schraeder The mill property was sold to Mrs. R. T. Schraeder , New I ty, in 1969. She visits Prince Edward Island frequently.
