In reviewing one hundred and fourteen years of history in this Parish of Crapaud , one is impressed with the wealth of tradition and heritage handed down to us. An appropriate conclusion to this article would be an expression of Thanksgiving- to Almighty God for His blessing on this Parish; and to recall two statements previously quoted, — From the Sermon preached at the Consecration of the present Church, — "Be strong, and quit yourselves like men. I Samuel, IV , 9." From the Parish Memorial to the Countess of Westmoreland and Lady Fane . — "All who worship within the walls of this Church ... be earnest in their endeavours to adorn the Doctrine of their God and Saviour; and ever manifest an earnest zeal in perpetuating the teaching of our Holy Church."
