in the minutes of any intention to move the Lodge to Crapaud, but a blank occurs in the minutes of any meetings from January 8. It is pos- sible that a minute book may have been lost.

The next recorded meeting was held at Crapaud on August 9, 1898.

After moving to Crapaud, the Lodge met in a hall in the upper part of a building owned by the late Donald McLean. After Mr. McLean’s death, the building, together with the lot on which it stood, was pur- chased from his widow, Mrs. Ella May McLean, in December 1924.

The Lodge continued to meet in this Hall until 1929, when the new Community Hall was built at Crapaud on the site of the old Hall.

By agreement between the Hall Committee and True Brothers Lodge No. 8, the Lodge owns and occupies the upper story of the new

building. 9 PRINCE ARTHUR L.O.L., CRAPAUD
