CLOVER FARM STORE In 1960 Parker Canfield conceived the idea of having his Grocery Store made into a Clover Farm Store. He con¬ tacted Bros ., Charlottetown , who have the supply house for these stores, and the business was contracted. In June 1961, the store was purchased by his senior clerk, Hubert Harvey , and he has carried on the business ever since. In 1970, the business was incorporated and is now known as " HUBERT HARVEY LTD.". This enterprising firm carries a full line of gro¬ ceries, hardware, paint and some dry goods. With Hubert on the staff are: Wayne Molyneaux, Donnie Molyneaux and Marion MacDonald , part-time clerk. They also operate an egg-grading station which was opened when Parker Canfield owned the store. Since 1973 the egg-grading station was phased out. Hubert Harvey is the present owner and has as his full- time staff: Wayne Molyneaux and Keith Otis . Three part- time employees are: Barbara MacDonald , Roberta Weeks , and JoAnne Harvey. 35
