A new 52-bed Community Care Facility lies clearly within the

boundaries of Crapaud, but just what county-~Prince or Queens, is it

located ? Believe it or not, it's in both counties! And that's no coincidence. "It was designed that way," says Ronald Dawson, who,

along with his father, Robert N. Dawson of Crapaud, and Ray Brow of Charlottetown are constructing the privately owned South Shore Villa

in Crapaud's Sherwood Development. An impressive 286-f00t-long

structure featuring a common area, flanked by two, lZO-foot wings, 3

the Villa is scheduled to open Jan 10, 1991.
