STORES
There was a small store situated near the school of Baltic (approximately 1913-1914) which was operated by a Mrs. Richard Wall. (A former Graham of Sea View). This was later operated by Mr. Alonzo Holmes. The store also served as a post office to the community. The mailman would transport the mail as far as here with the understanding that the people would pick up their mail from here. This building was the residence of William Thompson and was vacated for a number Of years and was demolished in 197 6.
