His one daughter studied at an American University and later married a . A DISTINGUISHED CAREER In the early 1930s, Robert T. Donald , was a brilliant student from Prince Edward Island , who was to make his mark as a barrister and teacher in Nova Scotia , and as an executive and economic adviser throughout Canada . His death this week, at the age of 65, brings to a close a distinigushed career which in the words of Justice Minister Gordon L . Bennett, "exercised an influence upon the legal and economic life of Canada for almost a half century.'' Whether in private practise in Halifax , in the Federal administration as wartime secretary of the Department of Munitions and Supply (for which he was awarded the MBE)), in the sphere of international business, or in the lecture rooms at Dalhousie, where he was Dean of the Faculty of Law, Bob Donald's exceptional abilities were widely known and appreciated.
