RAMSEY ( CLIFF ) Cliff Ramsay purchased the Frank Bernard property in June 1964 The Ramsay family had GlenCliff farm as an all-year residence until' 1970 when they sold it to Dr. Betty Hall . Cliff raised cattle, owned three race horses and grew potatoes and grain. In 1967 he purchased the former Lottie Clark house and property also the Ansel Bernard house and property. He sold the latter to Ron Uruski the same year but maintained the land for farming until 1977 when he sold the land to but retained the shore pro¬ perty where he has now constructed a wharf where he keeps his large plea¬ sure boat "GlenCliff". v Cliff is married to the former Glenn MacKay of Kensington and they have three children; Ronnie, Faye, and Sandy. RILEY The Rileys originated from Ireland and the first Riley to possess the original title to the Riley homestead in Baltic was William Riley , born in Malpeque in 1790, died 1872.
