The Dundas, St. Peter’s Bay, and Annandale group provided a parsonage about 1882. This property was sold about 1957 and in 1962 the new site and un-
finished house was purchased by Rev. Angus Brown and since then Dundas and Annandale have completed a modern home and garage.
The church has given three missionaries to the foreign field, Rev. Alex MacLeod, Rev. A.D. Matheson and Miss Florence Matheson.
The present minister is Rev. Gordon Walker.

BRIDGETOWN METHODIST CHURCH, 1854-1925
The first services of the Methodist Church were started in 1854. These services were held in William Wood’s log cabin in Cumberland Hill.
The land for a church was purchased from William Johnson on November 24, 1855. The land was purchased for the sum of one shilling currency. The
