David Lecky , son of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Lecky . In 1942 David volunteered for Active Service in the Air Force and remained until his Discharge in 1946. He held the rank of Warrant Officer and was a Wireless Operator and Air Gunner. He served with the Coastal Command in England and Wales . He married Theresa Farrell and they have one daughter, Sandra . David is employed with Maritime Electric Co . and they reside in Charlottetown . Jack A. Yeo , son of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Yeo . In 1941 Jack volunteered for Active Service in the Army and remained until his Discharge in December, 1945. He served with the 82nd Bty., 4th Anti-tank Regiment in the 5th Canadian Armoured Division, in England , Africa, Italy, France, Holland, Belgium and Germany . He married Jean MacArthur and they have three children: Norma, Ronald and Sylvia. They reside in Central Lot 16 . Jack is employed with the Department of Fisheries as a Fishery Officer. James G. Yeo, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Yeo . In September, 1939, he volunteered for Active Service and remained in the Service until December 1945. Jim was with 2nd Medium Battery, 1st Medium Regiment, and served in England , Italy, Germany , Holland and Belgium . He married Dorothy Agnew of Ireland while overseas. They have three children: David, John and Betty; and reside on their farm at Meadow Bank, P.E.I. Wesley Louis Pye, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Pye . In 1942 Wesley volunteered for Active Service in the Army and remained in the Service until his Discharge in 1945. He served with the West Nova Scotia Regiment, 1st Division, in Italy. While in Italy Wesley was wounded and was unable to go to Germany with his Regiment. He is married to Rosella Morrison and lives in Summerside . They have eight children: Doreen , Allison, Wendell, Winston, Gerald, Wayne , Darrell and Colleen . He is employed at C.F.B. Summerside in the General Services . Byron Yeo , son of Mr. and Mrs. Garfield Yeo . Byron volunteered for active service in 1942, and remained until his Discharge in 1945. He served with the West Nova Scotia Regiment, 1st Division, in England , Italy, France, Germany , Holland and Belgium . He married Ethel Ramsay and they had two children, Dale and Judy. Byron resides in Summerside and is emĀ¬ ployed at C.F.B. Summerside as a Driver. Harris Pye , son of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Pye , volunteered for the Army in 1942and remained until his Discharge in 1945. He served in Canada . After his Discharge he moved to Ontario , where he is employed. Gordon Ramsay , son of Mr. and Mrs. James Ramsay , volunteered for Active Service in the Army. He was with theRoyal Canadian Engineers overseas. Gordon had left home when very young to work in the Nickel mines in Ontario , and returned there after his Discharge. 55
