For a number of years Lot 16 played in a league centred in the old hanger converted to a rink in Mount Pleasant . After it was torn down the Rangers played much of their hockey in the old Bedeque rink and it was probably there that they played their best hockey and achieved their greatest glory by winning an Island Championship in 1958 in a game played in the Charlottetown Forum. That same year they won the League Trophy and also the Baker Cup emblematic of the North and Leagues playoff. 75
