Leslie Prowse

Leslie is a retired farmer, married to the former Muriel Newson. They have two daughters: Alta, Mrs. Robert Acorn lives in Dartmouth, N.S. Shirley lives at home and is employed with Federal Emergency Development Corporation in Charlottetown.

Vincent Angeline

Vincent is a French Professor in North Rustico, P.E.l. His wife Anne is the Deputy Minister of Tourism for the Province of P.E.|. They have no children.

Vernon Proude

Vernon is a retired farmer and is married to the former Mary Chandler. They have three daughters. Velda married to Ellsworth Proud, Greta married to Orville Willis and Dorothy married to Tony Kelly.

Adrian Uyterlinde

Adrian operates Brackley Farms. He and his wife the former Audrey Pater have 3 children, Barry 20, Janet 16 and Mary—Ann 13.

Barry Uyterlinde

Barry works with his father on the farm. He is married to Valerie Stanley 0 university student from North Bay, Ontario.

Calvin Gunter

Calvin is a farmer in Brackley. He farms with Uyterlinde and son. His wife Florence is an employee of the Bank of Montreal in Charlottetown.

They have 3 children; Kevin 19, Sherry 18, and Penny 14.

Guy Rodd

Guy and his wife, the former Lena Heartz bought the old log house next to Uyterlinde’s, and it became the foundation of the Rodd homestead. John Rodd was Guy’s father. His grandfather lived on Winsloe Road. Guy and Lena have one daughter; Betty, married to David MacLean. Guy’s great grandparents came here from England. Guy Rodd served his country well during World War I. He was in the first Canadian Siege Battery. He served 3 years in France. When he came home he began to farm and carried on for 24 years. In 1922, he married Lena Heartz. Guy still liveson
