+ 2a Samuel Drummond Samuel was the eldest son of James and Charity (Stetson) Drummond. He was b. in South Freetown

in 1869. He resided on the former James Stetson farm (code 116) now owned by Mrs. Fred Drummond and Garth Drummond. Samuel m. Eliza Biggar and they had eight children all born at South Freetown, surname

Drummond.

2a Eva b. June 1894; m. Willard Stetson of South Freetown in June 1918. They resided on the Drummond Rd. (See Stetson history.) Eva and Willard d. in a car accident, February, 1964.

2a Thomas b. Oct. 1895; rn. Doris Simmons in 1930. They resided on the Drummond Rd. (code 111). Thomas (1. Mar. 1973.

2a Mary Jane (Minnie) b. July 1897 and lived all her life at home. She d. Oct. 1977.

2a Agnes (Addie) the fourth child of Samuel and Eliza b. Apr. 1900, and in Nov. 1937 m. Stanley Biggar of Stanley Bridge where they resided until Stanley’s death in 1955 when Addie moved back to S. Freetown and now resides on the Drummond Rd. They had one child, Lawson, b. Feb. 1939, and m. Audrey __?_, now living in Mississauga, Ont. they have two children: Lynn and Lawson Jr.

2a Fred b. in 1904 and m. Winnie Leard in July 1938. Fred d. in Oct. 1965.

2a Wilbert b. 24 Oct. 1906 and in June 1936 m. Jessie Montgomery b. at Port Hill Apr. 1915.

2a Gladys b. July 1909, and m. Essie Wright of Middleton Nov. 1936. They reside in Middleton; have one child, Elaine b. Aug. 1940, m. to Gerald Mayne of Springfield in 1962, Gerald is a successful farmer. Gerald and Elaine have three children: 1. Chris, b. Apr. 1963, 2. Cheryl, b. Apr. 1966, 3. Lori b. Apr. 1970.

2a Olive b. Nov. 1912 and m. 1. Kenneth Wright in 1937. They had one child, lone, now Mrs. George Wood, North Tryon, b. 11 May 1938 and m. June 1959. George is a plumber and Ione was a teacher. George and Ione have four children: 1. Kent, b. May 1960, 2. Noelle, b. Nov. 1965, 3. Crystal, b. Aug. 1968 and 4. Ashley b. Jan. 1971. Kent in. Julie Boulter of Victoria, RBI. in June 1983.
