'I + 2b Frank McKenna Frank McKenna purchased a farm on the south west corner of the intersection of the Old and the , (code 128). Frank and his wife farmed here for a number of years. Then they moved to Kinkora . HUBERT McNEILL Hubert McNeill went to school in South Freetown and stayed with his grandfather, Richard Simmons . He went out to on the Harvest Excursion in the early 1920s. He worked with various farmers in the West. Later he bought a farm in , Maine and did a lot of lumbering. Hubert was a good lumberman. Hubert and Florence moved to P.E.I , and settled in Kelvin , where he bought a farm. He farmed there for several years and sold that farm to Morris Smith . Later he bought a farm in Freetown (code 38) on which the Flax Plant was located, and now owned by Leonard Paynter . They moved to Central Bedeque where Hubert was an agent for Pick's Seeds.
