Frank Rankin of Summerside , and moved to New Jersey where Frank was foreman on the New Jersey Docks. They had three boys and one girl: Ira, Willard, Spencer and Mildred. In the 1881 atlas the property was shown as being owned by Thomas William Reeves . In 1903 John H. Pearson sold 50 acres (code 133) on the to Thomas W. Reeves . Thomas said he was unable to grow potatoes on the farm on the main so he bought this 50 acres to grow potatoes on. Thomas was b. 6 July 1842 and m. Mary Sullivan of Clinton. She was b. 21 Aug. 1900. + 4b3a2a Frederick William Reeves Frederick William took over both farms that his father Thomas owned. Frederick was active in the community. He was instrumental in promoting the Maple Leaf Rink in Freetown . He specialized in playing the violin and was in demand to play at dances and community gatherings. Fred and Emily (Leard) Reeves had no children. Fred d. 12 Dec. 1937 and Emily d. 26 Aug. 1976. They are bur. in Freetown People's Cem. 379
