Wallace took over the farm on code 97 that was owned by his father Hubert, after 1937. Wallace was a good farmer and had developed an interest in the poultry business. Irene was a singer of note and added greatly to the United Church Choir in Freetown. Irene moved to Quincy Mass. after Wallace’s death.

Wallace and Irene (Stewart) Reeves had four children, surname Reeves, and all b. in Freetown.

the buildings. Anna is a school teacher and has been engaged at the C.F.B. School in Summerside. They have no family. Stewart is employed with The National Parks of Canada during the summer months.

+ 3d21‘ Duncan MacCallum Reeves Duncan Reeves owned a farm of 125 acres in Norboro which was located near Warrens Mills in Norboro.

He sold this farm in 1913 to Peter Lawless; later Joe Lawless sold it to Wm. P. MacLeod and moved to Lacombe, Alta.

Duncan was b. in 1871 in Freetown and d. Jan. 1949 at Kamloops, BC. He m. Eva Annie Gertrude Frizzell, dau. of Samuel and Mary Jane (Cotton) Frizzell at Summerside, 27 Dec. 1899. She was b. 9 Sept. 1880 at Summerfield, and d. at Edmonton 17 Aug. 1958. They had six ch. surname Reeves.

+3h2f Picton Henry Reeves

Picton took over the farm that was owned by his father David, at the time of his death. It is believed that David had deeded part of his land to Azzur and Hubert previously. The barn to the west of the home buildings was built for John Davis but he decided to move to Washington State, then Picton acquired it.
