Mary Sophia b. 1867. She obtained an MD. degree at McGill University, and practised her profession in U.S.A. and BC. She d. 5 Oct. 1939 and is bur. in Wilmot Valley Cem.
Annie b. 1874 in the house owned by the late Peter Barwise. She graduated from nursing school. She was employed as supervisor of the Royal Victoria Hospital in Montreal, later became matron at the RBI. Hospital and then Prince County Hospital. She m. D.R. Morrison and lived in Summerside and Central Bedeque. She d. 26 Aug. 1941 and is bur. in Wilmot Valley Cem.
Jennie was a school teacher and m. Mr. Cogswell and resided in Edmonton, Alta. She d. before 1959. Lottie In. DJ McCutcheon and lived in Vancouver, BC.
Theodore b. 1877. He was a school teacher and m. Florence Myrtle Annear, Lower Montague. Theodore taught at Prince of Wales College and then spent several years as a United Church Minister in NB. From 1952—56, he ministered at Central Lot 16 United Church, before becoming Minister of Visitation in the United Church in Summerside. He d. 19 Feb. 1959 and is bur. in Wilmot Valley Cem. They had three ch.: Mary, Margaret and Kenneth.
George was a lawyer and later became a Senator. He lived in Calgary, Alta. Gordon d. y. Amy d. y.
ALBERT ROWE
Albert Rowe was transferred to the position of Agent at the Canadian National Railways Station at
Freetown in the fall of 1947. He remained in charge here for a period of nine years and was transferred to Emerald Junction in 1956. He was a devoted employee of C.N. and he served the public well.
Albert was a native of Tracadie Cross, the son of Charles and Ellen (Haley) Rowe. They Rowes emigrated
from England. Albert, early in life, was known to some of the people in Freetown, as he resided with Father John Thomas Murphy at Summerfield one winter, when he was nineteen years of age.
Albert was b. 29 May 1900. He m. l. Marguerite Curley, Freetown, b. 1900 (see Curley history) and

had three daughters and one son. Marguerite d. 1941. Gwendolyn b. 1935. She m. Bill Burton and resides in Sherbrooke, Que. Alberta b. 1937. She m. Thomas McMillan and resides in Toronto, Ont. Gerard b. 1938; n.m. He resides in Toronto, Ont. Helen b. 1940. She m. Robert Mulvihill. He is an Airforce Captain and they reside in Toronto, Ont.
He m. 2. Frances McCarville, Newton. She was b. 14 Nov. 1920. She is the daughter of John and Annie y) McCarville. Albert is now retired. He and Frances reside at Emerald J ct. They had eleven children.
Paula b. 1946. She m. Fred Rose a Civil Engineer. They reside in Saskatoon, Sask. They have two children.
Charles b. 1948 in Freetown; n.m. He is employed with General Electric in Toronto, Ont. Joanne b. 1949 in Freetown. She resides in Calgary, Alta. and is an accountant.
Bernadette b. 1951 in Freetown. She m. Robert Maclnnis and teaches at Colonel Gray High School. They reside in Charlottetown and have no children.
Janet b. 1952 in Freetown. She m. Carman Cann, Arlington where they farm. Beverley b. 1953 in Freetown. She resides at home and is presently attending U.P.E.I.
Karen b. 1955 in Freetown. She m. Douglas Connell a field supervisor with Interprovincial Cooperatives, now transferred from Calgary, Alta. to Regina, Sask.
John b. 1956 in Freetown; n.m. He resides in Winnipeg, Man.
2m Mary Clare b. 1959 in Emerald. She is articling in a law office in Calgary, Alta. where she resides.

Jennifer b. 1964 in Emerald. She won the Miss Teenage P.E.I. contest at Kensington Harvest Festival in 1982 and was a page in the House of Commons in Ottawa in 1983.
