3h 2b James b. 19 Mar. 1840 and d. 19 Mar. 1940. He m. Mary Lewis, Freetown. He moved to Summerside and resided on King St. His son John later resided there. They had six ch: 1. Thomas In. Mary Walsh, they lived in California. 2. Lewis m. Minnie Larkin. Lewis was Editor of the newspaper “Pioneer” in Summerside for a period of years. 3. Martin m. Ella Baker and they moved to Vancouver, BC. 4. Sarah m. Edgar Clark a prominent tailor in Summerside. They had two ch. (a) Olga, Mrs. Percy Ranger. She was a nurse and lives in the U. S. (b) George Clark, a retired jeweller living in Summerside. 5. John rn. Augusta Caseley. John was employed with the Summerside Electric Light Plant for years and then he operated a garage and also was the proprietor of a tire repair shop on Water St. Summerside. They had two ch. Mrs. Audrey Parlee, Halifax and Dr. Charles Taylor, Acadia University, Wolfville, NS. He is highly respected for his work at rehabilitating prisoners in addition to his teaching abilities.

+3a2b William Taylor William and Penelope spent their entire life in Lower Freetown on (code 46). William sold fruit trees

and managed a fruit tree nursery for many years, in addition to operating the farm. In 1985 this farm is owned by Grant MacDonald, who resides there. They raised ten ch. all b. in Freetown. He was a road superv1sor for many years. Their ch.: surname Taylor.

4a 3a2b Elizabeth (Lizzie) b. 7 April 1851. She went to the US. in her late teens and obtained employment. She m. Charles Chase, and resided in New Bedford, Mass. They had a son, Charles Jr.

4b 3a2d John b. 10 June 1852; n.m. and remained on the homestead. He spent his life farming jointly with his brother Fred. He (1. 26 Feb. 1944 aet. 92.

4c 3a2b Eudavilla (Villa) b. 10 Mar. 1854. She went to the US. She m. Charles Dunbar, a policeman in Taunton, Mass. They had three ch.
