Submitted by George Warren JOSEPH PHILLIP WARREN Joseph Phillip Warren was the son of William Warren (1774-1858) and Ann (Nancy) (Robinson) Warren, who lived at North River . William was the son of William and Jane (Gouldrup) Warren of Tryon . Joseph Phillip resided in Freetown on the property now occupied by Leonard Paynter (code 38). He purchased this property from David Rogers in 1869, and he sold the land off his farm, through which the railroad was built. The railroad passes through this property. It is believed he lived in this area until 1885. Joseph Phillip was b. 29 Apr. 1807. Hem . 1. Margaret Coles (1809-1871) of North Milton 13 Feb. 1834. He m. 2. Frances (Howatt) Robinson, his first cousin of Tryon , the daughter of Adam Howatt , and widow of John Robinson . Joseph resided in North River , and later moved to Freetown . Wellington was a commissioner for taking affidavits. Wellington resided in several other places on P.E.I. , which included Margate , Tignish , St. Nicholas , and .
