The Brownies are for girls 6-9 years of age now. Jenna MacDonald still teaches the girls to crochet. Girl Guides The 1 Rt Girl Guide Company was formed in the fall of 1976 for girls 10-14 years of age. The leaders were Ann Watts ( Mrs. Richard ), Sandra Ellis ( Mrs. Donald ), Jeannie MacCann ( Mrs. Fred ), Patricia and Kathryn Quick. In the fall of 1983 the Girl Guides were led by Roma Birt ( Mrs. Lome ), Clarice Webster ( Mrs. Alvin ) and Pauline Moase ( Mrs. Leigh ). The Guides are now for girls 9-12 years of age. Other leaders have been Gail Metcalfe ( Mrs. Barry ) and Janice Shaw ( Mrs. Geoffrey "Jake"). In 1983 the enrollment was 17; the Guides meet in the Stanhope- 151
