REV . WILLIAM IRA GREEN Rev. W.I. Green (Mar. 26, 1876-Mar. 21, 1957) was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Owen Green of Found's Mills. After attending Prince of Wales College and Dalhousie University, he taught school before com¬ pleting his Theological studies. From here he held pastorates on Prince Edward Island before taking charge of the Couva Field in Trinidad. He worked here for twenty-one years administering to the peo¬ ple. After his first wife died, he met and married another Missionary - ISABELLA FORD who had been commissioned to take charge of the Girls Home under the Trinidad Mission. Mrs. Green was born in Portneuf, Quebec . She left Prince Edward Island after her husband died and returned to Quebec . Mrs. Green worked among the women for twenty years. Rev. W.I . and returned to Prince Edward Island in 1938. REV . NORMAN RUSSELL GREEN The Rev. Norman Russell Green (Dec. 3, 1908-Mar. 10, 1981) was the eldest son of the late Rev. W.I . and Mrs. Francis Simmons Green. During the Second World War, Mr. Green served with the Royal Canadian Air Force. Following his dis¬ charge in 1946, he enrolled at Prince of Wales College, from which he graduated in 1949. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Mt. Allison University in 1951 and graduated from Divinity Hall. After ordination in 1953, he served a mission at Sanbro, NS. He also held pastorates on Prince Edward Island and New Brunswick .
