In 1959, the land had returned to the Fyfe property. In 1961 the building was sold to Dawson Cole, New London. It had been used for various activities, especially 4-H, in the intervening years. Monies were used to keep the school and hall properties in repair. The last president was Buddy MacEwen, Vice—Pres. - Bobby MacKay, and Sec’ y Treas Douglas Cole.
