Wendall Murphy born in Millvale, PEI m. Theresa C. Stevenson from Big Springs, Texas, US. Following Margaret Kemys Walsh’s death, the family purchased the home on August 29, 1949. Most of the family moved out of the province. The property was sold to Earl and Christine Carr on October 7, 1952. Wendall and Theresa Murphy had a family of thirteen children
1. Robert J. (1913—1997) Robert owned property at the junction of #238 and #6 Highway. Robert was a veteran of World War 11. After the War ended he went to work in British Columbia and retired in Langley, BC.

GEORGE CARR b. Apr. 15, 1931 son of Earl and Christine Carr. George has followed his family’s love for the fishing business. He took over the Walsh property from his father, Earl,
when he married LORRAINE DOIRON b. Aug. 8, 1936 on May 25, 1955.
To move away from the everyday fishing in the sea, he opened a Lobster Pound in the building
