{Census name is (A. Christie)} E. Sarah (Sadie) (Oct. 6, 1888-1972} m. Bruce Champion, who was a contractor and they lived in Medford, MA. William b. Dec. 23, 1890 m. Marjorie Stanhope Cortney. Marjorie was an English War Bride, and daughter of an English Church Bishop. They lived in Charlottetown Hugh S. (1892-1972), a Veteran of W.W.II, studied the tailoring business at Nicholson’s Tailor Shop. Hugh was known locally as Little Hughie the Tailor, m. Pearle MacKay (1898-1982) and moved to Charlottetown after Hugh returned from World War 1. Hugh worked for many years as a tailor at the New Method Cleaners. Many evenings passed quickly as Hugh regaled their boarders with stories about his early life. Hugh was a veteran of both World War I and II. He used his knowledge of the tailoring business to make clothing for the Armed Forces. Hugh and Pearl had a family of two children - Clive and Ralph.
