McLEOD MacLEOD DONALD McLEOD (1807-April, 1881) came from SutherlandShire, Scotland in 1836 He married JANET McKAY (1804-Mar. 10, 1892). There were six children in the MacLeod family: 1. ROBERT (1841-1922) m. 1 in 1883 to MARGARET MacKAY (1848-Apr. 14, 1885) daughter of Hugh and Rachel Mcintosh MacKay ROBERT m. 2 March 31, 1897 to LAVINIA LOUISA WOOLNER (Feb. 14, 1862-Mar. 29, 1945) They had two children: 1. Donald Daniel b. Aug. 22, 1876 died eight months later 2. Margaret Janet (April 16, 1901 - Dec. 26. 1993) {see below} 2. Isabel "Belle" 3. Effie (Ellen) 4. Anne(1844-Jan. 11, 1908) 5. John (1849-1934) 6. Margaret (1853-1912) m. 1 Roderick MacKay m. 2 Roderick Corbett m. Alexander MacDonald m. James Faulkner m. Willowena MacKenzie (see Village East} m. 1 David McAllister - lived on the m. 2 Joe Jackson MORRISON 2. MARGARET JANET MacLEOD (April 16, 1901-Dec. 26, 1993), daughter of Robert and Lavinia Woolner MacLeod m. MELVILLE M. MORRISON (Sept. 26, 1891-June 8, 1985) son of William F . and Morrison, of Fredericton . Margaret and Melville continued with the farming business on the Donald MacLeod property, which was later passed to their son, Vernon, who repre¬ sents the fourth generation to farm this property. Margaret and Melville had two children: 1. VERNON William b. March 10, 1926. Vernon had retired from farming but lives on the home property. 2. Ada JUNE b.
