J. Thomas Reid and Margaret (Cullen) Reid with son, Francis. (7.) JOHN THOMAS m. Jan. 18, 1928 to MARGARET ETTA CULLEN (Jan. 16, 1896 - May 31, 1973) daughter of John and Mary Landrigan Cullen. John Thomas Reid farmed the property formerly owned by John Reid Jr. on the , Lot 22. He took over the farm in 1918. J. Thomas attended University from 1912-1915. Here he developed his athletic ability and for many years assumed a keen interest in many sports. Thomas had a rich sense of family which helped him to reach out to relatives who had moved away from the area. Margaret was a skilled seamĀ¬ stress. Her flower garden was one expression of her love of all nature. They had one son, JOSEPH FRANCIS . The Reid property is now owned by Dean and Ann Thompson. They also own a house and acreage on the Extension. JOSEPH FRANCIS b. Dec. 4, 1932 m. Aug. 20, 1958 to MARGARET ADA DOIRON b. Apr. 12, 1936. They live in Sherwood , PEI and they have four daughters: 1. Wendy Elizabeth 2. Kimberlv Ann 3. Mary Bernadette 4. Jacqueline Ann DAVID KIELLY m. Charlotte Taylor and lived on a 50 acre farm later purchased by Robert Reid . Clarence Reid later assumed this property. ROBERT REID (Sept. 16, 1841 - May 29, 1899) m. Feb. 12, 1884 to ANNE CANNING (1849-Feb. 22, 1897), the daughter of Patrick Canning and Elizabeth Middleton . Robert farmed a 100 acre tract of land located adjacent to his brother, John Reid 's property on the . 50 acres were purchased from Donald Graham in 1877 and a second fifty acres was purchased from David Kielly . Robert and Ann built a large home on this property and had one daughter Mary Margaret . Robert Reid 's second wife was Janie MacLellan , daughter of Angus and Charlotte MacDonald MacLellan of Indian River . On Robert's death in 1899 Janie moved to Newton, Upper Falls , Mass. (1.) MARY MARGARET (1885-1941) m. 1904 to JOHN PATRICK BRADLEY (1877-1940). Before moving to Charlottetown, they lived in Kelly's Cross. They had six children: 1. Mary Eliza 2. Annie 3. George 4.
