The gift of music was also shared. Doris Carr, who had served as church organist for a period of forty years, played the Hammond organ prior to the service as did the current church organist Kendal Codkin. Ellyn Lyle played the flute prior to the ser- vice. Throughout the service, flute accompaniment was pro- vided by Patricia Jackson. Youth also shared their gift of music. Janie Boschma and Stephanie Barlow sang “Morning has Broken”; Christy Cameron played the violin; Colin MacLean played the keyboard, and organist Cathy Bryanton accompanied the Sunday School children as they sang ‘jesus Loves Me.”
