Also in May 1934 Perfection Dairy in O'Leary was pickĀ¬ ing up cream in Elmsdale and area. , g THE CAMPBELLTON DAIRYING ASSOCIATION ( Cheese Factory) It is not known for certain when the Campbellton Dairying Association was formed, but it was learned that a number of farmers from Elmsdale and vicinity agreed to provide milk to the factory for the purpose of cheese-making. On May 25, 1895 John and Elizabeth Doyle of Campbellton conveyed to the Campbellton Dairying Company approximately lA acre of land for the sum of ten dollars. John and Elizabeth Doyle were the grandparents of Donald Doyle who is presently living on the homestead. 65
