October 2003 Curtis changed the name to Eight Ball Sports Bar in order to be able to bring in bands and have dances. Employees who worked for Curtis were: Randy McFadyen, Janice Gavin, Jody Gavin, Allison Gavin, Tanya Jones and Birchanna Caldwell. machines were also part of the business. February 2004 Curtis sold the business to Eight Ball Sports Bar Inc. Brian Lewis was the manager until December 2005. Trent

West Prince Uniform Shop — On October 13, 1989 Sheila Gallant opened the West Prince Uniform Shop in her newly renovated garage, with a good selection of uni- forms for nurses and orderlies. Her store was open from 7:00 to 9:00 pm. in the evenings and from 10:00 am. to 5:00pm. on Saturdays and holidays. Sheila felt that there was a need for a shop in West Prince because the nearest one was in Summerside. In November 1994, Sheila closed her shop due to family and work
commitments.
Matthews Used Clothing - From 1994 to 1995 Shirley Matthews ran a used cloth- ing store on the Butcher Road behind her home. The clothing was purchased from the United States and the business was run similar to Frenchy’s. Shirley gave up thB
business due to ill health.
