It was further agreed that the said William Chipman Currie and Thomas Artemas Matthews shall give to the said Prince Alfred Lodge on the date of these present a right of way on the land in the village of Elmsdale on which their store and other buildings are situated. The members of the Prince Alfred

Lodge were given permission to cross at any time.

It was further agreed that the members of the Prince Alfred Lodge shall be permitted entry at any time to the Orange Men’s Hall by the door leading to the stairs on the south side of the first flat free from

molestation and interference.

It was further agreed that for the aforesaid right of way the said Prince Alfred Lodge shall pay the said William Chipman Currie and Thomas Artemas Matthews the sum of fifty dollars on the first day of
