Ray Murphy started out in pharmacy over 25 years ago after graduating with his B.Sc. in Pharmacy from Dalhousie in 1973. Today, Murphy’s Pharmacies include seven pharmacies, seven medical centres, a home health care operation, a

health education centre and a travel health clinic.

Murphy’s Pharmacies are involved in numerous health promotion initiatives, including sponsorship of events for heart and stroke, cancer and arthritis, pharmacist education in elementary and high school and production of Health

Matters, a show on community television.
