Ray's son Ryan, also a pharmacist, runs the centre, which includes other pharmacists, nurses, dieticians and other health professionals, all of whom work in consultation with physicians. Services include comprehensive health assessments, diabetes care, heart health, bone density testing and weight management. "With our seven pharmacies, home health care operation, a health education centre and now with the Murphy Community Centre, we can offer all age groups any assistance or programs needed to develop a healthy life style." The slogan Ray Murphy has in his information newsletters sums up very well his vision for the future: "Faithfully serving the needs of the people of Prince Edward Island with a heart and passion for the activities which enrich their day-to-day lives." With all the responsibilities of his various business enterprises, Ray Murphy has contributed significantly to the community. He is presently chair of the 65
