Clyde River Pioneer Baptist Cemetery Meacham ’s 1880 Atlas shows the Clyde River Pioneer Baptist Cemetery located on a piece of land on the river bank measuring 60 feet by 130 feet, one—half on the property of Ewen Henderson and one—half on the property of Donald McLaughlin. It is presumed that both of these individuals donated the land.113

Today these properties close to the cemetery are owned and farmed by the Livingston family. No deed exists for the Pioneer Cemetery but the Provincial Government recognizes this area as a pioneer cemetery.
