Double Leather Plungers are found on all cylinders with the exception of 10inch. This makes them wear three times { as long and bring up the full quantity of water at every { stroke.

THE PUMP STAND

The Stand is made of the best cast iron and steel. The Cylinders are seamless drawn brass, brass lined andiron. The Valve Seat is all glass which is a paaleareny non-corrosive and will not harden the leather. The Check Valve is of the poppet style, which rises clear of the seat at each stroke, allowing it to clear itself perfectly.
