-The annual meeting of the Belvidere Gun Club was held this afternoon at the residence of Hon. Fred Peters, Atty. General.

~-There were present: F. Peters, A. Peters, F. Arnaud, J. Richards, J. A. Longworth, R. R. FitzGerald, W. C. Hobkirk, F. W. Hyndman, F. L. Haszard, D. C. Chalmers, Wm. A. Weeks.

-On motion it was decided that the annual subscription be $3.00 (three dollars).

-The following officers were then elected: David C. Chalmers—President Fred W. Hyndman—Vice—President Wn. A. Weeks—Secretary/Treasurer

-—On motion the Secretary was instructed to ask those members in arrears if they wished to continue and pay up back dues, if not to strike the names off the list of members.

-On motion it was ordered that the constitution be read aloud at each annual

meeting.

-On motion the officers of "H. M. SURVEY" viz Capt. Tooker, Capt. Wright, Mr. Bullman & Mr. Cornish were elected special Honorary members of the Club and entitled to all the privileges of the Club on payment of the annual subscription.

-On motion the meeting adjourned.
