Dear Sir

In answer to your letter of the 7th ult re the renting of a portion of our grounds for shooting purposes during the coming winter, I have been instructed to inform you that we will rent you whatever portion of the centre grounds enclosed by our race track, which is outside the city limits, you may desire, for the winter and for the rental of $25.00, payable lst May next, on the following conditions:

1. You keep all strangers off the grounds.

2. You to assume all liability to any person for any accident.

3. Insurance Companies carrying insurance for us to consent to such use, and, as I understand you wish to have a fire in our Judge's stand, they also consent to such a fire being lit there.

4. You to provide locks and all keys for your own members. In this connection I may say that it is suggested that a padlock be placed on our gate, and that our keeper have one key, and that each of your members have one, if you so desire.

5. The lease to be from the lst of November to the lst of May.
