present were Sid Green; Ollie Harper; Arthur Hogan; Bob Hyndman; and his shooting friend, eye specialist Dr. Gilbert Houston, Percy Simmonds, George (Bus) Peake, and moving van operator, Ralph Emerson Jenkins. It did not take long to establish that they did want a new skeet club, and to guide it, elected as officers: Ollie Harper, President; Art Hogan, Vice-President; and Sid Green, Secretary/Treasurer. They had obtained both the buildings and the traps of the old organization without any real authority, and perhaps to justify the aquisition, agreed to retain the name of the Charlottetown Skeet Club.

Whether it can be attributed to a solid foundation created by these new enthusiasts, or a post-war era that fostered a natural group momentum, this club, unlike its predecessors which lasted a decade at most, would endure through seasonal breaks, name changes, and the normal cycles of enthusiasm into the 1980's, where today it enjoys its highest peak of activity ever, after almost forty years of existence.
