Fred Vuzzo, Bud Ings, Gilbert Clements, Arthur Clements, Kenneth Clements and Bert Haneveld, to mention a few, are among the better shots at the Club. In addition Miles Foster, Dougie Vuzzo and Dr. John Bonnell were on hand for the Thanksgiving Shoot and made a good account of themselves. Dougie Vuzzo was right on top of the clay bird all day long and had two rounds, one of 15 and one of 14. This was the first time Dougie had ever shot at skeet and he was among the top shots of the day. Const. Harley Ings, the town cop from Parkdale, journeyed out from town to teach brother Bud how to shoot but he had a hard time beating him as Bud had a great day. The wind was high causing the birds to have an erratic flight and it kept the score down. Harley Ings was the best shot of the day with 18 out of 25. Harley usually breaks 20-22 birds.
